GETTING TOGETHER IS A BEGINNING, STAYING TOGETHER IS PROGRESS, WORKING TOGETHER IS A SUCCESS
Henry Ford
Knowing our customers, listening to them, identifying and understanding their needs is fundamental for our work. We want to be a partner for them and assist them in the realization of their project. We put at their disposal the expertise gained over the years to take them in the choices that will concern the eyewear he has designed, such as the acetate to be used, the lenses or other technical issues.
In the same way we believe it is important to be transparent, to make them understand our strengths and limitations, in order to create a strong synergy . In order to manage the production process efficiently and avoid delays in deliveries, it’s essential for the customers to draw up a forecast with the scheduling of the orders, the production of which will then be managed in our factory.
By managing the entire production process internally, we can constantly review and implement the quality of the product, managing any critical issues quickly and with great flexibility, and guarantee the confidentiality of the project.

DESIGN
The first phase, to make your frames, is the design. Starting from a simple hand-made drawing, a more tecnhnical one or from a prototype, our own design studio is able to provide stylistic advice, create a 2D or 3D technical drawing, structure a feasibility analysis and do a risk evaluation of your project.
In the eyewear design process we spare no time in studying the details that make your eyewear unique, from the ergonomics of the frame to the curve of the wrap, from the attention to the milling on the surfaces to the tests to create the correct “bevel” of the nose.
We also carefully choose the right lenses, which are important aspects for designing a highly qualitative, comfortable and stylistically appropriate product for the face.
We accompany the customer in the search for the best materials by providing specialist advice, which will then be the basis of cutting-edge processing suitable for creating a new high quality product.
CUSTOM MADE
Our technical office is made up of highly qualified personnel and boasts extensive experience gained over the years. With a view to continuous improvement, our collaborators are constantly trained to improve their skills and offer the customer specialized and personalized assistance.
Our team of experts will help and guide you step by step in the customization of the frames and through the fascinating phases of the creation process: from the study and elaboration of the design, with all the technical details (measurements, tolerances, sizes …), to the choice of colors and stylistic advice on shapes.
Together with the customer we design functional and aesthetically harmonious eyewear suitable to be prototyped and subsequently industrialized.
Thanks to the existing relationship of trust, we often intervene on projects and together with them we identify the best materials and processes to enhance the quality of the product to be made.

PROTOTYPING
Once we have clarified with the customers their needs and objectives are (quality, quantity, timing and budget) we develop our tailor-made offer.
We then move on to the prototyping phase, we internally create the frame that corresponds in size and tolerances to the technical drawing, usually in matt acetate and without carrying out all the tumbling phases.
We thus have the opportunity to view the frames that until now were only a drawing and check any aesthetic or dimensional adjustments to be made.
COLOR SAMPLING
Once the prototype is confirmed, the material and colors to be used to create the sample frames are selected, which will then be the reference for production.
In agreement with the customer, we can create specific ad hoc color samples for photoshooting and advertising campaigns.
This is a very important creative phase because each acetate coloring, in the different thicknesses requested by the customer, is unique and gives our eyes a vivid and unrepeatable effect, a reflection of the very soul of the frames made.
